DJ Eugene Top Ten August 2nd 2011
It’s been a great summer so far and there has been some great music to come out. This top ten includes a lot of great tracks with an emphasis on “Urban” R&B sound. The trend seems to be moving toward a fusion of R&B and club sounds as evidenced by artists like the Black Eyed Peas, Chris Brown, Rihanna, Kelis and many others. Frankly, it’s a trend I like. Born This Way New Lady Gaga Album – What Happened ?
The best songs on the new Lady Gaga album rate in at about a 7 out of 10 in (or 3 1/2 stars in itunes ratings) the rest is really crud. Looking at the songs in waveform they all have the exact same structure… a long stupid speaking intro and then this rushed wanna be dance track feel to them with no inspiration and lyrics that have no real meaning.
